Start with what you cure, not with the spec sheet

Every model uses stable, high‑power LEDs instead of UV fluorescent tubes, a 5‑second‑step timer and a door that pauses curing when opened. What changes is power, wavelength, control and the extras — nitrogen, bottom light and pre‑heat.

IN EVERY PRODEX AND TRAYDEX

Built the same way, whichever model you choose

LEDs, not UV tubes

Stable, high‑power LEDs on a constant‑current circuit avoid the cost and hassle of replacing UV fluorescent tubes.

Fast broadband curing

Multi‑peak LEDs across the UVA and visible range give a quick, uniform cure and save fabricating time.

Post‑curing for 3D printing

Every model is designed to post‑cure 3D‑printed resin parts, from a single splint to a full build plate of models.

Pause by opening the door

Opening the door pauses curing, and the light will not start while the door is open — adjust the time and press start to resume.

Frequently asked questions

Which wavelength suits my resin?

PRODEX N2, PRODEX BL and PRODEX 53 use 355–415 nm UVA LEDs with peaks at 365, 385 and 405 nm. TRAYDEX 18 and TRAYDEX 45 cover 375–470 nm with peaks at 385, 405 and 460 nm. Check your resin's instructions for its recommended curing wavelength.

How do I connect nitrogen?

PRODEX N2 has a rear N₂ push‑in fitting for an Ø6 mm (1/4") hose; press the N₂ button to purge. On PRODEX 53, connect nitrogen to the rear port — 3 LPM is recommended for nitrogen curing, and pre‑gas can be set to 3, 4, 5 or 6 LPM. Always use a flowmeter and keep the low‑side pressure below 30 psi.

What do the IDT settings do?

IDT stands for Intensity, Duty cycle and Timer. Intensity runs from level 1 to 16 — for flat or thin parts, use a lower level with a longer time. Duty cycle runs from 10 % to 100 % — lower it for small or thin parts to reduce shrinkage deformation. The timer runs from 5 to 995 s in 5 s steps.

The display does not light up. What should I check?

The fuse has most likely blown. Switch off and unplug the unit, let it cool down, then open the fuse holder in the power socket with a flat‑head screwdriver and fit the spare fuse stored at the bottom of the holder. If the LEDs do not light after pressing start, make sure the door is fully closed. If “Er1” (overheat) appears, turn the unit off and contact your distributor.

How do I clean the curing chamber?

Unplug the unit first. Wipe the chamber with a soft cloth dampened with alcohol and remove any resin before the next cycle. Do not use organic solvents such as benzene or thinner.

What does the warranty cover?

Each machine is warranted against manufacturing defects for one year from the invoice date. Damage from drops or impact, natural disasters, incorrect voltage or power surges, and any modification or disassembly are not covered.
